In Minion Rush, the Minions are ready to make this anniversary one to remember, and have decided to carve the face of Gru onto the surface of the Moon, which will require players to help them collect oxygen tanks, hammers and parts to build a rocket and laser. Gameloft, in collaboration with Illumination and Universal Games and Digital Platforms, has announced that the hit mobile game inspired by Illumination and Universal Pictures’ popular Despicable Me franchise – Minion Rush – is celebrating its 10 year anniversary with immersive new challenges, exclusive in-game rewards, limited-time events and more, leading to a special in-game experience honouring the real-world attraction, Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast, opening this summer at Universal Orlando Resort.
Multiple activations including special missions, limited-time events, and more will commemorate the 10 year anniversary of Minion Rush.
